Items Included in Apartment
All apartments are unfurnished.  If you do sign a lease with us, plan on supplying all furnishings.  Each apartment includes a stove and refrigerator.  Some of our apartments contain washer and dryer hookups, but none have washers and dryers.  If you wish to bring a washer or dryer, please discuss this with Bob Crouse (570-204-7204 or bob.crouse@2m-properties.com).  

Items Included in Lease
For Lockard St, West St, and Fair St, off-street parking is included at no extra charge.  Tenants are responsible for paying all utilities except garbage and recycling.
